Returns, exchanges and refunds
At this time we do not accept exchanges, returns or give refunds, this applies to both our online and physical store in Oaxaca, Mexico.
We ship out of Mexico with extremely rigid customs regulations with importations, it is impossible to accept exchanges or returns.

I ship internationally via the Mexican Postal service, at check out you need to choose your country to get the rate.
Free shipping is offered to North America (USA, Canada and Mexico)
I am based in and shipsout of Oaxaca, Mexico.
You will receive a shipping tracking number once your order has been sent out.
If you prefer a more expedited service, please feel free to write us and we will gladly work with you to find another option suitable to your needs.
At times your country’s customs agency will hold packages a bit longer than usual and I have no control over this, nor am I responsible for this, please be patient and contact me with any concerns.
You the buyer are responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees your country may attach to the purchase. If you have concerns or special shipping instructions please send me a message at the time of placing your order and I will be more than happy to help.

I size size my pieces in a range of XX-Small to XX-Large, please see the corresponding chart to apply a numerical sizing value. Please email me with any questions and I will be happy to supply more information. If there is a size you need and do not see available, please inquire, as I can make most anything special order. I create many one of a kind items, if you see something you love and its not in your size, let me know and we’d be happy to make you something similar. I also offer made-to-measure services. 1. Locate a soft tape measure
We measure our products using the metric system, in centimeters. Having a soft tape measure which contains centimeters is helpful for you to ensure you are purchasing the correct size as we do not accept returns.
