the first Christina Hattler solo presentation/trunk show was held at albertine in new york’s west village on september 7th, 2005. there was a wonderful and supportive turnout of ladies from the industry (style.com, teen vogue, wwd, lucky) starletts (bryce dallas howard, elisabeth waterston), social butterflies (victoria traina, bonnie morrison), and friends and family. we served a delectable prosecco spiked with pomegranate syrup in champagne glasses and we decorated with and mixture of light pink & white english roses…a perfect night.

the immensely talented photographer, ofer wolberger shot this collection in brooklyn’s beautiful prospect park . rachel whittemore was the elfin-like model, the most stylish woman on the planet, arlene guerra, styled the shoot and mala’s artistic hand painted on the make-up. my sister katie and aunt patty watched over the clothing rack, trying to keep passerbys from going though them as though the were on-sale at century 21, and my mother bought all of us lunch.
